Nicked:

Shrinkflation was bad enough. Same price, smaller pack, and you’re left holding a “sharing” bar that wouldn’t satisfy a toddler.

Ingredilution is its meaner sibling. The pack stays the same. The price stays the same. The flavour quietly gets mugged in an alley and replaced with cheaper filler, weaker spice, and that odd, flat sweetness that screams “recipe change”.

This tag is for products that haven’t shrunk; they’ve just been hollowed out:

  • less taste, less richness, less of the thing you were paying for
  • ingredient swaps that turn “treat” into “fine, I suppose”
  • festive classics that now taste like they’ve been edited by an accountant

If it used to slap and now tastes like polite disappointment, it belongs here.
